The name of this organization shall be "Power Play Cricket League.The purpose of the League is to promote the sport of cricket, organize competitive matches, and provide an environment that encourages sportsmanship, teamwork, and community engagement.
Eligibility: Membership in the League is open to individuals and teams who meet the
eligibility criteria as defined in the League's rules and regulations.
Rights and Responsibilities: Members shall have the rights and responsibilities as
outlined in the League's rules and regulations.
League Committee: The League shall be governed by a League Committee, elected by
League members, consisting of officers and positions as defined in the League's
bylaws.
Decision-Making: The League Committee shall make decisions through
majority vote, with the League President serving as the tiebreaker in the event of a
tie.
Adoption: The League shall adopt a comprehensive set of rules and regulations
governing match play, player eligibility, conduct, and other pertinent
matters.
Amendments: Rules and regulations may be amended as necessary through a
defined process as outlined in the League's bylaws.
Finances: The League shall maintain transparent financial records, including income,
expenses, and budgets, which shall be reviewed periodically by a designated
financial committee.
Funding: The League's funding may include membership dues,
sponsorships, fundraising events, and other approved sources determined by the
League Committee.
Violations: Members found in violation of the League's rules and regulations may be subject to disciplinary action as outlined in the League's bylaws.
This constitution may be amended through a vote of the League Committee following the procedures specified in the League's bylaws.
In the event of the dissolution of the League, any remaining assets shall be distributed to a charitable organization or cause as determined by the League Committee.
