- Proof of Date of Birth: A document issued by Municipal/competent authorities confirming your date of birth OR a Certificate issued by School/Education Board containing your date of birth.
- Payment Receipt: A copy of the payment receipt for your registration fee.
- Recent Passport Size Photograph: A clear and recent passport-sized photograph.
- Proof of Identity: Any valid proof of identity, such as a School ID, Aadhar Card, Passport, or equivalent.
- Indemnity Bond: An indemnity bond on a Re. 10 non-judicial stamp paper, properly attested by a Notary Public or Gazetted Officer. You can download the content for the indemnity bond from the link provided.

- Full correspondence address with Pin code
- Telephone/mobile number
Failure to provide these documents will result in your inability to participate in the selection camp. Therefore, we urge you to promptly send the aforementioned documents and information to info@powerplaycricketleague.com. Please note that any inconsistencies between the date of birth declared in your Registration Application and the proof provided will disqualify you from participating in the selection camp, and your deposited fee will be forfeited. Refunds for the fee paid will not be granted under any circumstances.
